BitURL provides a URL shortening service with both free and paid tiers:

  • Free tier: Users can create randomly generated shortened URLs at no cost.
  • Paid packages: Custom URLs (user-chosen aliases), QR codes, advanced link tracking, and analytics features are available through our paid plans. Visit our Pricing page for details.

3. Policy Against Abuse

All links that lead to sexual content, disseminate spam, viruses, or malware are strictly prohibited. Violating links will be deleted immediately and we reserve the right to report abuse to relevant authorities. For any violations of these terms, we reserve the right to remove or disable any shortened link created through the Service, without prior notice or refund.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create links to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Distribute spam, viruses, malware, or any other harmful software
  • Link to sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Engage in phishing or any form of fraudulent activity
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Link Removal and Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any shortened link and terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

BitURL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
